Organizational certification aligns readiness evidence with increasing architectural maturity. Current minimum ANRS™ thresholds are 47, 72, 94, 112, and 125 respectively, with the highest tier aligned to Recursive Intelligence Organization™ maturity.
A discipline becomes durable when knowledge, practice, ethics, evidence, and credentialing reinforce one another.
The certification system sits downstream of the body of knowledge, standards, maturity model, assessment methodology, education system, governance structure, and research program. Credentials are one part of the authority architecture, not the source of it.
A published credential framework is not the same thing as a live credential.
A credential class remains Designed or Pilot until its standards, assessment method, evidence rules, assessor calibration, conflict controls, review authority, registry, renewal, ethics, appeals, privacy, and pilot-consistency gates are satisfied. Pilot participation does not create a production credential.
Assessor authority comes from calibration to the standard — not from sales ownership, title, or familiarity with the candidate.
KlearFlowAI's operating design separates commercial ownership from credential judgment, requires conflict disclosure, preserves decision rationale and evidence references, and supports second review or recusal where independence could reasonably be questioned.
Issuance is only the beginning of the credential record.
Live credentials require versioned registry status, renewal rules, expiry behavior, suspension and revocation procedures, appeal handling, and explicit transition rules when the underlying standard changes. Renewal is evidence-based and is not treated as an automatic subscription payment.

Public examinations, calibrated production assessors, and general credential issuance will be represented as live only after those activation gates are proven.
